$2,000 Referral Reward Program
How it works
Each time you refer a friend or colleague that we place in a permanent position with one of our client companies, you will earn a $2,000.00 referral reward.
There is no limit on the number of referrals or amount of money you can make.
How to submit a referral
You can email your referral’s contact info to your Tomlin Search recruiter or you can have your referral contact your Tomlin Search recruiter directly. But please be sure they mention they were referred by you.
If you don't have a Tomlin Search recruiter, you can email your referral's contact information along with your contact information at: Solutions@tomlinsearch.com. Or you can call us at 847-220-6349.
The fine print
You have to be the first person to refer the person to get credit for the referral.
The person you referred must be placed through Tomlin Search in a permanent position.
You will receive a check for $2,000.00 once your referral has been employed by Tomlin Search's client for 90 days.
If your referral leaves Tomlin Search's client before the 90 day mark, this offer is not valid.
You cannot refer yourself for this offer.
